Are there any limits to the times I can get access to my unit?

Our tenants have access to their units and possessions any time they wish.  Cary's Space Station Self Storage  has a secure gated private key entry and convenient 24 hour drive-up access to units.  Whenever you want to get to your belongings, you can do so. top

Can you provide assistance in moving my possessions into my unit?

The units at Cary's Space Station Self Storage include access to moving carts, which can make it easier to get your possessions safely into your units.  We also have packing and moving supplies for purchase or rent.

How do I know what size unit I should choose?

Cary's Space Station Self Storage has 16 different dimension options for your convenience, as well as climate control options.  While this wide selection can seem overwhelming at first, our trained staff is well equipped to guide you to the right unit for your specific needs.  If you need some help in making your decision, just ask us.  By answering a few questions for us, we can get your possessions into the proper unit.

What is a climate controlled unit?

Climate controlled units are designed to provide extra protection to possessions that may risk damage from extreme heat or cold.  These units maintain a constant moderate temperature and are the perfect temporary home for electronic equipment, computers, furnishings, photographs, old or fragile items and other valuables.

What should I do if I have an after-hours problem?

Cary's Space Station Self Storage always has a manager on call and physically based within a few minutes of our facility.  In the event you need assistance after our regular hours of operation, call our main office number at 919-319-6446.  A manager will be in contact with you promptly.
